    Die Lage ist prima! Ruhig und trotzdem schnell überall. Küche und wohnzimmerchen waren gut für Frühstück und Abends zum sitzen.

    Das Bett ist ein bisschen hart und trotzdem durchgelegen. Im Bad riecht es unangenehm. Schimmel? Das hängt auch von der Witterung ab und schwankt.

    Muy buena opción en Venecia

    Ubicación, amabilidad y consejos de la propietaria, espacioso, buen barrio, silencioso, tranquilidad. Cocina muy pequeña pero útil.

    Necesita una leve reforma (pintura, solería, baño), las camas eran duras pero no incómodas. No tenía tostadora.

    Excellent gem in Cannareggio. Would stay there again.

    The location was excellent - close to vaporetto stops, restaurants and shops. The facilities were very good with a small kitchenette and separate room with couch, dining table and aircon throughout. Very clean and the decor was very attractive.

    Just one little comment - with it being called a "loft" we expected it to be on a higher level - not the ground floor.

    Good value for the location, but with the exception of the bathroom, apartment was not up to par.

    Good location: Proximity to restaurants, shopping and attractions. Bathroom was clean and looked upgraded. Lighting in bathroom was good. Lots of outlets

    A/C leak was an issue. Owner was responsive but it could not be repaired during our stay. Electric water kettle was pretty bad - could not use. Small sitting area couch looked old and dirty - did not use. Old apartment needs an upgrade/refresh.
