    Clean. Smell good

    No shampoo No toilet paper

    The bed mattress is covered in hair, the shower drain is clogged, and there are no warm blankets. Furthermore, the room is colder than it is outside, as neither the heater nor the air conditioner is functioning

    Der er ikke nævnt at der ikke er elevator i ejendommen og det var besværligt at komme op på 2.etage med dårlig knæ. Parkering er næsten umuligt at finde.

    Unsanitary

    It hasn’t been cleaned it months with mould on the washing machine and bathtub. Floors had footprints all over and were visibly dirty and sticky. Even doors were dirty! They just sprayed air-freshener to make it seem like it had been cleaned. No curtains or blinds on the window facing the street.
