    Blessed !

    Exceptional staff ! Lars, the managing director went over-and- beyond to make me and my wife safe and comfortable. He allowed us to stay in another facility he manages while waiting for our 2 am trip back to Paris.. Who would ever do that. " Iced Tea" and Sandy who checked us in made us so welcome with all smiles. Toby and Victoria were as helpful and amazing. The Hotel is very homy and clean. Lucerne is not just amazingly beautiful. The people as well are very nice . Thought Bern would be our favorite Swiss City, Lucerne is hands -down the prettiest. Lars and Staff, we will forever be grateful to all of you ! We'll surely see you again !

    Idéal pour une visite de 3 jours de Lucerne

    Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel. Sa situation géographique est idéale pour la visite de la ville de Lucerne. A proximité du Pont de la Chapelle !

    Rien de particulier à signaler. Tout était en ordre. note particulière à l'accueil qui était vraiment parfait. A recommander pour un court séjour !

    Hotel confortável e bem localizado.

    Localização excepcional e quarto confortável e de bom tamanho. Tem frigobar no quarto e um supermercado a poucos metros do hotel o que supre a falta de café da manhã

    Hotel não oferece café da manhã mas tem máquina de café e micro-ondas na recepção para serem utilizados pelos hóspedes.
