Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, αλλά με περιθώρια βελτίωσης στις παροχές και στη σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής.
Το σημαντικότερο πλεονέκτημα του ξενοδοχείου είναι η εξαιρετική, κεντρική τοποθεσία του, σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου, γεγονός που διευκολύνει ιδιαίτερα την περιήγηση στη Βενετία. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό, αν και ο χώρος όπου σερβιριζόταν ήταν αρκετά περιορισμένος.
Το δωμάτιο δεν διέθετε καθόλου θέα, κάτι που θεωρώ απογοητευτικό για ένα ξενοδοχείο αυτής της κατηγορίας και τιμής. Επίσης, δεν παρέχονταν παντόφλες (slippers), ενώ τα σεντόνια δεν αλλάζονταν καθημερινά. Συνολικά, η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν απλώς ικανοποιητική, καθώς οι παροχές και η συνολική εμπειρία διαμονής δεν ανταποκρίνονταν πλήρως στο κόστος.

Location was great but the hotel is quite run down. However, staff was excellent and saved our stay.
The staff was the best thing about the hotel. The young lady at reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very helpful and professional. Breakfast was great.
We paid 600 Euros per night for the triple room but not worth it as the room was quite run down.
