This is a really great hidden gem. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, daily breakfast was great! And all just steps away from the conference center. A wonderful, clean, and comfortable hotel with a great local flair, just a short walk away from the historic walled city as well.
Rooms on the street side can get a bit of noise in the evenings. The wifi did cut out sometimes.

Lástima. Un desperdicio de lugar
La ubicación únicamente
Las habitaciones interiores viejas, con llave en lugar de tarjetas de ingreso, muebles rotos, cajones desvencijados, tocador muy mal iluminado, no tenía toallas de manos, la nevera no funcionaba, solo una papelera en el baño, muy oscuro, piso del baño manchado y parece sangre, el hotel no cuenta con un lugar con aire acondicionado para estar diferente a las habitaciones. La terraza por caliente no era apta. La piscina era visitada por un gallinazo (chulo) que se refrescaba dentro y por lo tanto antihigiénica, El desayuno de muy mala calidad y muy poca variedad. Si se quería una arepa de huevo había que encargarla desde el día anterior pues según “Ana” no tenía ingredientes. Lástima pues su ubicación es inmejorable pero muy mala administración. Con semejante vecino tan lindo como el Four Seasons, era para que pudieran sacar muy buen provecho de este Monterrey y adecuarlo a la elegancia y modernismo que la zona exige. Las habitaciones con vista a la ciudad parecen como un hotel diferente. Un poco mejor calidad. Al menos iluminadas y grandes. Lástima. No recomiendo el Monterrey

Nice location but now noisy per hotel being built around it
The view from room of the nice walled city ; the location of hotel very close to walled city and Getsamani
There is a large hotel literally being built around the property and thus noisy . Once they hotel is built the noise is gone
