Good location. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
The room size was small. We had 4 bags so not much space to move around. The bathroom had a single glass door which was shared between the toilet and shower so not much privacy if you are with kids.

The location is phenomenal for the price. It is extremely quiet for being on the Benoa tourist street. It has a wonderful itallian restaurant just in front that all the tourists in all the beach side resorts flock to. I did read some reviews that were upset that the Ion wasn't on the level of a $500-$800 beach side resort, but for the price, it was an awesome value! One cool thing that happened was that while I was at the itallian restaurant at the resort entrance, the whole block lost power, including the beach resort across the street, but the Ion's power stayed on. They also have a rooftop social area for events.
The staff is working on some renovations, so be aware. There are some renovations that need to be made, but I stayed at the Hilton resort for $580 the same week, and the Hilton needs the exact same room renovations as the Ion. The rooms at the Ion require a room key to be placed in a wall slot to activate room power, much like the resorts in cancun Mexico, but it also shuts off the refrigerator, so bring ice if you have take away. .

The pool on the second floor is very cool, I did not have a chance to dine in the hotel or the rooftop bar but I love the use of water bottles provided and a water filter on every floor instead of relying on single use plastcis!

Cama muito confortável, funcionários simpáticos e solícitos, localização com restaurantes, aluguel de mota muito próximo.
A janela do quarto é selada, portanto impossível de ser aberta. O fato da sanita ser no quarto e não ter porta para separar a casa de banho do restante do quarto, somado a não poder abrir a janela para circular o ar. Chuveiro sem pressão e sem suporte, ficava caindo, tornando o banho um desafio.
