    Très très bien équipé très bonne localisation, personnel très gentil et professionnel

    L’appartement est situé au dernier étages sans ascenseur avec les valises c’était assez compliqué.

    Great stay in London close to the city centre

    The communication with the hostess was very clear. It was easy to collect the key from the lockbox. The apartment was clean and had everything one would need for a trip to London. It was very hot outside, and there were a couple of desk fans, which were very useful. Coffee capsules were a nice touch. The location is great, it's quite close to the city centre, and the street is quite calm. There is a corner shop, a nice pub (Havelock) and a stakehouse (Popeseye) nearby, as well as a bus stop and a subway station.

    The only drawback is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor (or about that), so you would need to walk up the stairs - be ready for that.

    Location suited us

    Unfortunately it was in the 3rd floor (or 4th) with elevator. Keep this in mind if are travelling with large case’s

    Great location for getting in and out of London. Flat had everything we needed.

    Stairs may be a problem for those with impaired mobility
