    Friendly staff and service, everything necessary provided and great extras!

    Extremely friendly staff. The facility was very clean, and it the style of the Japanese room was great. Happy hour in the bar was also great extra!

    Séjour exceptionnel !

    Tout est mis en œuvre pour qu’on passe un séjour allégé de toute charge mentale. Les nombreuses options incluses grâce a la réservation du Ryokan ont été la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci !

    Cute hotel in Ginza

    Lived the bar. Room was nice.

    I didn’t like the onsen very much. It could use done decor or at least some plants
