    Excellent location – nice spacious terrace

    The Apartment is on the 1st floor, lift and no steps. 800m from the Airport No 1 bus stop in town. Location is great - right in the heart of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Supermarket is 3 mins away. We were met by our kind host at the apartment. Clean with all required amenities incl washing machine and aircon. The spacious terrace is the winner to start the day and after a days outing to relax and enjoy a drink. We were allowed to check out a few hours later, so a bonus. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this experience. A second spare set of keys would be nice.

    Nothing to dislike.

    Arnaque

    Très mauvaise communication avec la propriétaire. Elle a annulé l'entièreté des 3 nuits tout ça parce que nous ne pouvions pas faire le check in avant 18h (notre vol arrivait à 21h)...et elle a annulé le jour avant notre départ. Alors que des systèmes de boîtes à clés, des commerces autours, etc peuvent être des alternatives, elle n'a rien voulu proposer et a coupé court à la conversation sans répondre ensuite aux appels et messages ....vraiment pas sérieux ! Et évidemment sans remboursement possible car "si on ne se présente pas au check in, cela équivaut à une annulation de notre part du séjour..."

    Really convenient for a stay in beautiful Bergamo

    The location is perfect - right in the centre, in a lovely safe area with lots of cafes, shops and bars. It was really easy to walk around the city and there is also a supermarket round the corner. The apartment was super clean and all the amenities worked well and were really convenient. The terrace is gorgeous too! Very spacious and a lovely place to have your morning coffee.

    As it is so central and surrounded by bars and restaurants, Saturday night was very loud, but we still managed to sleep well, and it is to be expected. If you are a light sleeper, maybe consider bringing earplugs if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night!
