    Don’t waste your money

    Good location

    Property smelled musty and unclean as you walked in and felt a bit like a care home. First thing we did was look around and there was loose rusty Stanley knife blades in the garden on the floor. Stains all over the sofa, loose wires at the back door and looked as if the blankets hadn’t had a good wash in a long time. Then the property texted us to ask for £30 for a pet even though this was declared when we made the booking. The £30 was supposedly for a deep clean after we leave however I don’t think the place has ever had a deep clean. We text back to say why we wouldn’t be paying and also complained about the property to which the housekeeper replied to say she will come and have a look at the issues we had. We waited 50 minutes for her to come (from the next door property she was cleaning) and she didn’t appear and we had plans to meet so needed to get ready and leave. Would not recommend this place to stay and I will be making a formal complaint through booking.com with images to support.

    IAM in wheelchair it was hard getting to toilet i was in a alot of pain it was . Not easy for me to get a round the flat. The nicest apart visiting grand kids

    It was harder for me I could not stand up for long.. the wee flat was nice the host was nice seeing grand kids was great visit
