    An excellent location overlooking the nice little plaza of Saints Filippo and Giacomo, with several options for dining and shopping. Also very close to St. Mark's Square and the water transit docks. This charming little boutique hotel, in a building from the 1400s, gave us a very authentic and pleasant Venice experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Staying on the third floor gave a nice view, but getting up to our room was quite challenging for us. Younger, more able folks may not have as much a problem as we did with the long, steep stairs.
