    It was a lovely apartment, very spacious and had everything to accommodate our stay. Very comfortable.

    The toilet flush needs fixing as could only use the small flush which didn't work too well, and bottom of the toilet looked a bit of a mess, bathroom could do with a freshen up with a coat of paint and stairwell aswell but very spacious and clean. We had a problem with the net curtain in the lounge area which kept falling down also. But apart from these small issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Disappointed customer

    Good instructions on how to find and get into the property. The location was good as it was close enough to Bournemouth town and beach. There's a good selection of games and books if you want to play a game or read a book and netflix is available if you want to watch some TV.

    We didn't find the flat in very good condition, dirty, strange smell, uncomfortable and lots of damage to the property (walls, ceilings etc) The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bedding/ cushions smelt like sweat and it was extremely hot but when we had the window open we could hear lots of noise coming from the flats around us and a smell of cannabis came in through the window. There was a smell like animals (dogs) when we arrived not sure if it was where it was hoovered before our arrival but it wasn't a nice smell. A little bit of time to get the property in better condition would definitely be worth while. I personally wouldn't have paid the amount I did if the description was more accurate.

    Uncomfortable

    Car park was outside the door. The kitchen facilities were good.

    Bed was very uncomfortable. Shower was difficult to use. Kitchen floor was filthy, we always take our shoes of when entering a house but our feet were black when we went to get into bed and had to wash them.
