    Best B&B

    Had a great stay, hosts were very welcoming and went out their way to make the trip special. Beautiful house and grounds, and very comfy room. Would definitely stay again

    Nothing

    Place too remote. Looked run down and uncared for. Room tiny with nowhere to sit otherthsn on bed. Not as described on website and booking.com. would not recomend this place for its location alone.

    We had an amazing one hight stay. We were welcomed so warmly; we felt like part of the family! Lovely property and beautiful, comfy room, in a spectacular location. Breakfast was great. The hosts were simply amazing; they really could not have done anything more to make our stay any better

    Lovely quiet break to celebrate my wife’s birthday but close enough to drive for days out to Scarborough and York

    The room was clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens and an excellent breakfast. Carole and Elliot were very welcoming.

    We didn't manage to get any channels on the TV but we were expecting that and perhaps it may have been a case of operator error!
