Preis gut, Personal nett, Sauberkeit schlecht, ein mal und nicht wieder
Die Lage war gut. Man war in 10 Minuten beim Lidl-Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten an der Strandpromenade. Auch Bushaltestellen waren in der Nähe, um nach Valetta, etc. zu gelangen.
Beim ersten Betreten kam uns ein starker chemischer Geruch nach Lufterfrischer entgegen, der sich mehrfachen Lüften und Aktivieren der Klimaanlage kaum legte. Nach Entfernen der Luftefrischer durch das Personal roch es leicht nach Abfluss. Die generelle Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Siehe hierzu die beigefügten Bilder. Nachts ging die Klimaanlage nach Ausschalten mehrfach automatisch an. Das Appartement im Erdgeschoss befand sich direkt an einer Straße. Den Verkehrslärm konnte man durch das Lüftungssystem im Schlafzimmer wahrnehmen. Das Appartement ist modern. Jedoch nicht so neuwertig und schön wie auf der Buchung abgebildet. Es sind keine Steckerelemente für eine EU-Steckdose vorhanden. Diese können käuflich für 3€ erworben werden. In unserem ersten Appartement gehörte dies zur Standardausstattung.

Molto comodo e nuovo
Posizione molto comoda a tutto, zona sicura anche di notte, molto trafficata e rumorosa, cucina spaziosa, frigorifero grande, materassi e cuscini comodi e puliti, aria condizionata molto potente, appartamentino piccolo va bene solo per persone molto affiatate, ma molto luminoso. Un plus molto gradito: lavatrice e stendino.
Tutto bene. Se proprio volessi trovare qualcosa da suggerire, forse ci starebbero bene un paio di mensole nel bagnetto per appoggiare gli effetti personali e un paio di ganci in più per gli asciugamani.

mini appartamento ben arredato e strutturato. pulizia.
abbastanza rumoroso. durante la notte si sentivano gli scarichi dell'appartamento sovrastante. c'è qualche problema elettrico. il condizionatore e le luci del letto si sono accese da sole durante la notte. si sente continuamente un rumore topo motore acceso e un interruttore che scatta
