Home from home!
Home from home. Every possible thing you could need to make your stay comfortable. Parking kitchen utensils, tea coffee milk plus basics for cooking. Beautifully clean, comfy bed and TV and WiFi that works. Bus stop at the top of the road into York 10 mins, Leeds and Scarborough. Race course 10 mins walk. Butchers across the road selling incredible pork pies. What more do you want?

Excellent, I could most certainly live there
The owners were lovely and welcoming, the property was gorgeous and had everything we required and more, parking was amazing, we have booked again for next year

An absolute gem of a find. We loved our stay.
Fully self contained, private entrance, exceptionally clean, great location for access to York. Highly recommended.
There wasn’t anything to dislike.

Good base for exploring York city
A suburban location about about 2.5 miles to centre York with good bus transport to York centre close by Very spacious and well equipped - good wifi The host was responsive to messages and greeted us on arrival with the keys There was a good welcome pack with milk, tea coffee and cereal Quiet, no road noise. and and off road parking All on one level - so good accessibility
Local supermarket was a 15 mins walk away Kitchen had a gas hob which is bad for indoor air quality and poor for the environment. The lack of a dishwasher did not matter to us, but others might find it a nuisance. (There was only 4 sets of cutlery and plates etc)
