    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Venise et chez Mimi's studio. Bon emplacement.

    Nous avons été accueillis par Pietro avec un léger retard de sa part, toutefois justifé. Il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter l'appartement, donné les consignes et des propositions d'endroits à visiter selon nos intérêts de même que des suggestions de bars-bistrots pour déguster des tapas et un bon vin dans un des quartiers de Venise. Il s'est montré disponible pour répondre à nos besoins même en situation d'urgence et a pris de nos nouvelles de notre séjour à Venise. L'appartement est situé dans une petite ruelle, peu achalandée, près du supermarché CONDAD et du bâteau pour se rendre à la station d'autobus. C'est facile de se rendre dans les différents points d'intérêts à Venise.

    L'appartement est un peu sombre et sentait un peu l'humidité ce qui est peut-être normal à Venise.

    Wonderful location in beautiful quiet part of town. It’s small but well equipped and Pietro is very helpful.

    The location is perfect: just steps from the Zattere, which is very beautiful. The area is quiet but close to the Accademia, Salute etc and vaporetto stops. You can walk over the Accademia bridge as well. Pietro is very nice and responsive and eager to provide tips and assistance if needed.

    It is a little musty and damp but that’s to be expected from an old property on the ground floor in Venice. And it could do with a bath mat and a tea towel. But these are minor quibbles. It is also quite compact but it was absolutely fine for me and my grownup daughter.
