Отличный отель в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей
У этого отеля два огромных преимущества — расположение и сервис. Отель находится в самом центре Султанахмета, в шаговой доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей этого района. Второе преимущество — очень отзывчивый и внимательный персонал. Мы приехали и заселились уже за полночь, попросили что-нибудь перекусить, и нам принесли тёплый хлеб, сыр, овощи и фрукты. Были очень благодарны за такую заботу! В первую ночь у нас был включён завтрак, но мы его проспали. Сотрудники сами предложили воспользоваться пропущенным завтраком на следующий день. Мы отказались, поскольку очень рано уезжали, и тогда нам предложили вместо завтрака тарелку фруктов. Очень приятное отношение к гостям! Персонал действительно готов помочь по любым вопросам. В отеле не очень хорошая звукоизоляция и небольшие номера. Но для пары ночей в Стамбуле, на мой взгляд, отличный вариант.

Great location, we had an amazing stay which was made special by the friendly and polite staff. Their attention to detail made our trip truly memorable. Breakfast was excellent, a big variety of beverages and the service was impeccable.

Great staff, clean room, overpaid for what we received.
The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location was great with easy access to nearby sites.
We paid extra for a premium view. The view shown in the advertisement was not the same as the room we received - our view was mostly of the back of buildings and a tree, not the water view we expected. Based on our understanding of the building and room layout, the images used the market the view from the room we stayed in was actually from the Honeymoon suite - the only room on the upper floor that could have the view. We felt that the advertising was deceptive.
