  Worst experienced ever!

  Do not book this apartment! Unfortunately, our stay was a major disappointment, and we would definitely not book this apartment or this provider again. We originally booked an apartment for four people. When my girlfriend’s parents unexpectedly had to cancel their trip, we contacted the host immediately to ask whether we could cancel or change the booking. Cancellation was not possible. Instead, we were offered the option of moving to a smaller room after the first night. However, the price we were offered for the smaller room was significantly higher than the price at which the same room was available on Booking.com. We still accepted the change because it was ultimately cheaper than keeping the original four-person apartment. The first night in the four-person apartment was already unacceptable. We arrived late at night and all the smoke detectors were constantly beeping because their batteries were apparently empty. The windows were partly held together with tape, and there was still protective film and blue masking tape along the floorboards and door frames. The apartment clearly looked as if it had not yet been completely finished or was still being renovated. Because it was very late, we decided to simply get through the night and move to the other room the next morning rather than start a discussion with the staff in the middle of the night. The second room was clean and, at first sight, much better. However, it was extremely poorly soundproofed. It appeared that a larger room had been divided into two rooms using a rather makeshift construction. We could hear virtually everything from the street as well as footsteps and noise from the floor above. The first night was still manageable because things became quieter after midnight. Unfortunately, the second night was completely different. The guests above us had a party that continued until around 5:00 a.m. We went down to the lobby and complained several times – approximately five times in total.

  موقعه حلو و قريب من اشياء كثير مشي و في محطة باص قدام الفندق على طول

  Location, friendly staff

  The overall cleanliness could have been a little better, particularly the sofas and chairs had visible stains. The baby equipment could also be improved — the travel cot did not feel sturdy and tended to collapse, and the baby duvet could have been of better quality. The kitchen was functional, but it would have been more convenient to have a few more pieces of cutlery and basic kitchen equipment. Small essentials such as paper towels or a kitchen cloth would also have been helpful, as the available cleaning supplies were located only in the bathroom. Overall, these are relatively small improvements that could make the stay more comfortable, especially for families travelling with a young child. That said, considering the price, the amount of space and the separate bedroom, we felt the apartment offered very good value for money and suited our needs as a family very well. If you have bigger budget for long stay holiday- choose something else :)

  سكن ممتاز وموظف الاستقبال خدوم جدًا وبشوش ويعرف عربي ويساعدكم بالي يقدر عليه من ناحيه الشقه نظيفه مزوده بكل الي تحتاجه بس مشكلتين الاولى الغلايه بلاستيك وفيها تكلسات الثانيه مافيه شطاف المبنى موقعه جميل وقريب من بقايا صيدلية وفيه مجمع مطاعم فخمه قريب 5 دقايق مشي في نيشان تشي عندي ملاحظه على المبنى الي بيستخدم المصعد بيكون صعب لانه لا يستوعب إلا شخصين بس فعال بشكل عام ارجع له ممتاز
