    Apt is well kept, spacious and in excellent loction for visiting many of London attractions. Kitchen well supplied with dishes & utensils as well as necessities. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to questions & any problems.

    Everything was excellent!

    Spacious! Comfy! Well equipped with bathtub, washing machine, etc. Great views. Soap and shampoo good quality.

    No screens on windows, so bugs would come in. AC unit needed window venting (not provided) or it didn't work. Washing machine was very difficult to open. Floors are warped and clearly had repeated water damage. Found garbage under the bed and garbage/ recycling from previous guests. No wash cloths provided.
