Fantastic view, a beautifully set up flat, extremely clean and pristine
Picking up the keys was easy and smooth. The flat was extremely clean and wonderfully set up. A lot of thought was put into the decoration and the utilities. The view from the balcony was very nice and cosy. Highly recommended will stay again for sure. A huge extra is that the team who manage the property have excellent communication and send all information really early on. Very polite and willing to go that extra mile.

Comforable stay and great location.
A comfortable, modern, well equipped apartment with great views of the city. Very close to transport and facilities, such as the Westfield Mall, White City Concierge and Urban Baristas for coffee around the corner. The Niru team provided detail logistical information beforehand and was very responsive during my stay and flexible regarding check-in/check-out.

Un desastre de principio a fin
El tamaño y los complementos de la casa
El proceso de registro y reserva, largo y tedioso. Además de la reserva con Booking hay que registrarse en la página web de Niru y facilitar todos los datos de la reserva. Tuve que hacer un deposito de 300 libras por la limpieza del que perdi casi 100 € solo por comisiones bancarias al pagarlo y al recuperarlo. Para poder recuperar el depósito tuve que escribir reclamándolo repetidas veces. Para poder entrar en el apartamento tuve que esperar un buen rato en la calle pasando frio hasta que llegó alguien (la chica que limpiaba el apartamento) para darme acceso. Pagué un dia adicional para poder hacer el check in muy temprano el segundo dia y el apartamento estaba helado. La calefaccion no funcionaba bien y pasaron 8 horas hasta que la temperatuta del apartamento era aceptable. Me ofrecieron la asistencia de un tecnico pero llegaba 10 horas depues de haber hecho el check in. Como compensacion me ofrecieron un enlace a una página web genérica con descuentos en restaurantes y bares en Londres que evidentemente no me sirvió para nada. Nunca más!
