    Perfect location, crazy cool style

    SUCH cool style, every inch was curated and it was everything I had hoped for :) the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Check-in was super easy, the host was very communicative and kind (with great recommendations), and the breakfast provided was the best I’ve had in a long time. Location was terrific, right across the street from the castle! Highly recommend anyone staying at Number 18 take the time to see the castle and walk the city walls.

    Exceptional hospitality — a wonderful stay in Conwy!

    I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Number 18! From the very beginning, Melissa was an exceptionally kind, welcoming and thoughtful host who genuinely cared about making my visit comfortable and memorable. My journey to Conwy was unexpectedly delayed, but Melissa was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Throughout my stay, she made me feel truly welcome and was always happy to help. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and full of character, with a fantastic location for exploring beautiful Conwy and North Wales. What impressed me most was Melissa’s personal attention to her guests. On my departure morning, I needed to leave early for Liverpool, and she kindly arranged breakfast at 7:30 am, exactly as promised. Such thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference! I travel quite a lot, and I can confidently say that Melissa is one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered. Number 18 is much more than just a place to sleep — it is somewhere you genuinely feel looked after. Thank you so much, Melissa, for making my visit to Conwy so special! I would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend Number 18 to anyone visiting the area.
