Nicola as the host was very helpful and caring, although he was not present on site at the moment. The location is excellent, the area is quiet and not overrun with tourists. It's close to both the Biennale and San Marco.

The room's furnishings are showing their age, but the price reflects that.

    Perfectly located to explore Venice

Perfect location for exploring Venice! A 15 minute walk to San Marco but totally quiet and in a residential neighborhood. Also a short walk to vaporetto stops

Shower a bit small for a big person
