    Disappointing stay, not great value

    Water was hot and reasonable bed. Great location for the city

    Disappointing stay. There was no balcony, it was a communal staircase and hallway. Don't lie. Photos of property you advertised as don't match, lounge had a very uncomfortable sofa if you can call it that. The lounge was different as was the paintings, rug and furniture. You had just staged the flat for photos. Disappointing. Photos of the bathroom show a bath but there was no bath !! Only a shower, the water doesn't drain away so had to stop half way through my shower to let water drain otherwise it would have over spilled. Oven didn't work. Carpet frayed, walls need attention and the flat smelt. It felt dirty. Not great for the price..
