An excellent guesthouse with a friendly host and nice and clean facilities
The location was on a busy road, but during the night it was not a problem. The friendly hostess and the fact we could sit outside during the evening and make a fire.
One of the beds in room 104 (the one closest to the bathroom) was making a noise when turning in your sleep.

Ottima accoglienza in lingua inglese, con un tè di benvenuti.la signora si è mostrata disponibile ,gentile e simpatica e ci ha aiutato a risolvere un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto con i bagagli.la camera molto pulita e nuova.davanti alla gest house si trova un marchet e a 5 minuti a piedi si è in centro per prendere il bus.u

Exceptional
Super duper friendly owner who personally welcomed us with a nice glass of wine, conversation and tips for around Stepantsminda. Comfy appartement with an equipped common area, would recommend for a few days hiking in the area. Supermarket right in front of the building. Behind the building there is another common area including a nice fireplace that is open for use!
