    Really lovely stay but disappointing accommodation in terms of cleanliness.

    The views, location and its cost for a group of friends.

    The property is very tired with lots of dust and cobwebs. Nothing feels clean, just really grimy. Bedding and towels were lovely and clean.

    The views were spectacular. Hot tub lovely temperature and clean

    A little dated. Needs a new shower cubicle. But it's an old house with lots of character.

    Peaceful, splendid views.

    The best view of any of our other stays. Gentle and green in one direction, massive and rugged in the other. Fresh air and lots of winding roads to explore. A visit to Lllangollen for lunch. Plenty of parking.

    It would be good to have a grab rail in the bath.
