    Przestronny apartament i lokalizacja.

    Sąsiedztwo baru, w którym do późnych godzin nocnych odbywają się libacje alkoholowe. Hałas jak na stadionie podczas meczu. Nie da się zmrużyć oka.

    Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Dużym atutem jest lokalizacja tj. blisko starej części miasta. Utrudnienie: drzwi wejściowe do mieszkania przy otwieraniu obcierają się o podłogę.
