Excellent stay at this property.
Location is excellent, bus stop right outside the property. The room was really excellent, everything was brand new. Lots of little extras in the room such as drinks, snacks fruit etc Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. Parking is right outside the property. Highly recommended.

very comfortable, friendly and good value for money.
The host was very friendly and they gave us access to a well stocked fridge/freeezer. Breakfast was good. The room was very clean and had all we needed for a short stay.
Our only very slight criticism was that we couldn't get in the car park but were able to park on the street5.

Lovely cottage and well worth a stay.
Jack, the host was super friendly and informative - nothing was too much trouble for him whenever we asked for anything it was done.
Even though we love walking it was probably further away from the city than we expected. It is well situated for catching a bus but we prefer to walk.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely host.
Lovely location for getting the bus into York or the retail outlet. Nice and clean and Jack the host was lovely.
Room was smaller than expected but that’s not the owners issue. Our room was at the front so traffic noise was an issue.
