    Excellent property and close location to York.

    Superb location, less than 2 miles from York centre and 1 road to York. Very comfortable and clean. Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms and a good shower in bathroom. Nice to be able to sit out in back garden. Close to a retail park for shopping / food essentials and places to eat.

    Would of liked curtains on the bedroom windows to block out the sun in the morning as blinds don't really do this. Would also benefit from a table lamp in the living room so that bright ceiling lights are not needed at night. As there is a washing machine it would be useful to have an outside washing line and pegs that can be used in the summer when the weather was nice.
