    Good communication from the company. Lovely welcome hamper which was appreciated. Easy to walk to all major attractions.

    Fantastic location, very central and looking over the river. Comfortable apartment. Well equipped. Clean and nicely presented.

    Die Lage war schön central und der Ausblick direkt auf den Fluss wunderbar. Das Bett hatte eine gute mittelfeste Matratze und mein Sohn konnte auf der Schlafcouch auch sehr gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt.

    Leider ließen sich die Fenster nur einen Spalt breit öffnen und es waren sehr heiße Tage während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Wohnung hat sich tagsüber sehr aufgeheizt und wir konnten sie zur Nacht nicht kühl bekommen, obwohl uns netterweise Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, die aber auch nicht ausgereicht haben.

    A beautiful break with my wife for her birthday with lovely weather and surroundings

    Everything really, great location with great views of the River Ouse. Close to all the local activities and pubs, especially the Cock and Bottle on Skeldergate right outside the apartment entrance. Really enjoyed the quiz on Sunday night. Apartment was nicely decorated and clean. The staff at StaysYork were really helpful regarding the parking and any small issues with equipment in the apartment. All in all a really great weekend break, would definitely stay there again. Thank you

    The only issue that I could say was the Google home system didn’t work and I as I am quite capable of turning lights on and off I didn’t think it was worth complaining about.
