  A pleasant and convenient stay close to the O2

  Great location. We were unlucky the weekend we stayed as they closed that section of the jubilee line! We purposely picked this location for the 2 stop tube convenience and as we were going to a sold out concert in the O2 we were worried about getting there and back, but the bus links were excellent and not as busy as we thought it would be and ran late into the night. The location is beautiful surrounded by the quays (the night time view was beautiful) and close to the Thames. Lots within walking distance, McDonald's, Tesco and the little town (the town did look a little run down when we drove past but I find a lot of towns are these days). A short walk to Wetherspoons the next morning for a hangover breakfast! The 11 o clock check out is great, nothing worse than rushing out early after a late night event. We didn't spend much time in the house, but it was perfect for what we needed, 2 double bedrooms for us and our daughter, bits and bobs that we needed were there - hairdryer, iron, ironing board etc. On arrival we had lunch in the pub nearby which overlooked one of the quays, and picked up some drinks and snacks in the nearby shops, all again within walking distance. On street parking is free over the weekend and there seemed to be plenty of space. The host gave us clear instructions to get in and communicated well. All in all, a lovely area and a pleasant stay.

  This is a lovely clean house with everything you need. Communication with host always good and it's a perfect location for getting around London or those wanting a nice area to walk. This is my second stay here as just perfect.

  All good. An additional socket on back bedroom would be appreciated

  Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage mit vielen Mängeln

  Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer verhältnismäßig ruhigen Lage in der Nähe eines Einkaufzentrums und mit sehr guter Anbindung an öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch das Parken in der Nähe sollte kein Problem sein - wir waren ohne Auto dort. Der WLAN war sehr stabil und sehr schnell!

  Bei Ankunft gab es keinerlei Informationen zur Unterkunft und Beschreibung zur Ausstattung (z.B. WLAN Passwort). Ich habe nur eine Nachricht über die App erhalten, wie wir den Schlüssel erhalten plus die Telefonnummer des Eigentümers bei Problemen. Er meldet sich schnell und hilft (bei uns hat ein Wäschestände gefehlt), aber es gab so viele Dinge, dass wir dann keine Lust hatten jede Einzelheit zu bemängeln. Aber ansonsten hört man Nichts von Eigentümer und er fragt auch nicht nach, ob alles ok ist oder ob man etwas benötigt. Das kenne ich von anderen Anbietern anders. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind offensichtlich schon älter, die Möbel wurden zum Teil umgestellt oder fehlen mittlerweile. Die Unterkunft und die Ausstattung sind abgenutzt und reparaturbedürftig. Es gibt diverse Mängel: Teppich der Treppe total abgenutzt und schmutzig, Fensterrahmen beim Griff in einem Schlafzimmer gebrochen, Steckdose funktioniert nicht richtig, im anderen Schlafzimmer lässt sich ein Rollo nicht verstellen, da der Kettenzug fehlt, dort ist zwar eine Lampe auf dem Beistelltisch, aber keine Steckdose dafür, in der Küche funktioniert die Beleuchtung der Arbeitsplatte nicht und zum Teil ist das Geschirr in den Schränken (und auch die Schränke im Innern selbst) schmutzig, im Bad ist die Beleuchtung zum Teil defekt, Duschkabine schließt nicht richtig (defekt), Luftabzug defekt, Ablage fehlt und die Pflegeprodukte liegen alle auf dem Duschboden, Wände neben Waschbecken sehr schmutzig! Die Terrasse (Garten) ist unbrauchbar, da die Stühle und der Tisch in einem schlechten Zustand sind, und außer Unkraut, was zwischen den Steinen wächst, gibt es nichts Grünes - entgegen was auf dem Foto zu sehen ist! Ich kann die früheren so positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen!

  Logement bien placé et pas trop cher dans son jus, literie moyenne et pas hyper propre, pas pour PMR

  Bon emplacement à proximité du quai pour prendre l'uber boat et rejoindre le centre en bateau. Facile de retrouver les clés et de stationner. Ventilateurs dans les chambre bien et fonctionnels. Cuisine bien équipée. TV connectée en bonne état - Wifi bien. lit bébé propre

  L'annonce indiquait accessibilité, logement entièrement en rez de chaussée, or il y a des marches pour accéder à l'appartement et ensuite les chambres sont à l'étage, des marches aussi pour la terrasse. L'appartement qualité/prix pour Londres est correct mais ce n'était pas franchement nickel d'un point de vue propreté ( la moquette de l'escalier vraiment sale et l'aspirateur sur place a une odeur épouvantable ). Concernant la douche et les lavabos, très mauvaise evacuation des eaux usées, grilles de ventilations encrassées. Literie moyenne, couette en très mauvais état. Rideau occultant pas suffisant réveil par le soleil aux aurores. Les photos de l'annonce doivent datées car aujourd'hui elles ne reflètent plus la location ( linge de lit, couette, état général, terrasse )
