    landlord with unacceptable behavior toward tenants

    Beautiful house, but the owner was absolutely terrible.

    I arrived at the property, and about 30 minutes later, two friends of mine came over; they were planning to leave an hour later. They told me that he monitors the security cameras all day long, which doesn't seem right to me. Where is my privacy if the landlord spends the whole day watching me? The owner arrived and knocked on the door insistently, accompanied by another very large, muscular man. They threatened us, saying that if anyone else entered the place, they would beat us up and throw us against the walls, claiming that it was "his city" and that he made the rules—these were very serious threats. I left the apartment out of fear; I also lost the money I had paid, as I couldn't stay there, terrified that they might break in again. I do not recommend staying at this property, due to the owner, whose behavior is completely unacceptable.

    A good value and loved Luzern

    Good location and the terrace was very nice. The bottle of wine and flowers were a bonus

    Could not get the WiFi to work. There was no written information about the location, and how the coffee maker worked.

    The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything that was needed. The balcony was better than expected and the views are stunning!!
