    Clear up the damp smell and it'd be 10/10.

    Friendly reception. Good breakfast in a pleasant room. Parking.

    Smell of damp by the door of Room 3, and, surprisingly, likewise on my bags when I got home.

    Superb guest house right in the heart of Ambleside.

    The Hosts are lovely and the location very central. The room was well decorated and lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb with locally sourced ingredients for a Full English and the homemade bread is to die for.

    Excellent. Would revisit and recommend.

    The breakfast was excellent. Tho location of the property was really good with regular transport not to far for people to walk to.

    The bathroom was ok for me but had I gave been travelling with my husband it would have been to smal. However I do realise the room had been converted to maximise the inclusion of an en-suite

    Excellent.everything..great hosts who make you feel really welcome..real advantage of parking.just outside the centre but easy to get into the town.ambleside is a really great base.. Definitely going back..
