  Perfect hollyday in Égypte

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un grand merci pour cette magnifique expérience ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Le monsieur qui s’occupait de l’appartement était vraiment adorable, très gentil et toujours disponible pour nous aider dès que nous avions le moindre problème. La plage était super belle, et toutes les personnes qui y travaillaient étaient très gentilles, accueillantes et généreuses. Le bar et le restaurant étaient également super, nous avons vraiment apprécié l’ambiance et le service. Concernant l’appartement, il était très propre, bien entretenu et la cuisine était super bien équipée. L’emplacement était également parfait, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil. Je reviendrai sans hésiter ! ❤️ Merci surtout à Beshoy Samir

  price is economic

  cleanness and hygiene is low(towels having droppings of animals/birds and house keeping telling me this as if it's normal. Slow response from stuff Very bad mobile internet coverage and no wifi , thus requires buying internet package from the lessor which again based on SIM cards!! frequent elevator breakdown Parking problem as you need to walk 300 meters in unpaved rad to reach the premises.

  Unfortunately, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The apartment was in very poor condition. The sofa was heavily stained and damaged, the kitchen and bathroom were not properly clean, the oven was dirty, and the refrigerator was dirty, smelled very unpleasant, had significant ice buildup and loose/damaged parts. The biggest problem was the air conditioner. It continuously leaked water, even when switched off, creating puddles on the floor. We almost slipped several times. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We have photos and videos documenting the condition of the apartment and the leaking air conditioner. Check-in was also badly organized. Although we completely understood that check-in officially started at 13:00, we were repeatedly told that the rooms would be ready shortly. They were not. Nine people eventually had to wait together in one room while the remaining rooms were being prepared, and the delay lasted much longer than we had been promised. When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper. After asking for towels, we were told they would arrive in around 40 minutes, but we waited approximately two hours. The elevator was another serious concern for us. Its condition made us feel unsafe, especially considering that children were travelling with our group. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, organization and condition of the accommodation were far below what we expected. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

  Our family stayed here as part of a larger group, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Check-in was chaotic. We were repeatedly told that the rooms would be ready soon, but after the official check-in time we still had to wait much longer than promised. At one point, nine members of our group were waiting together in one room while the other rooms were still being prepared. Basic things were also missing when we arrived, including towels and toilet paper. We specifically asked for towels and were told they would arrive in approximately 40 minutes, but they actually arrived around two hours later. The general cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodation were poor. Members of our group had a severely leaking air conditioner, dirty furniture, a dirty refrigerator and kitchen equipment, and an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. There were also repeated electricity outages in the rooms occupied by members of our family. The condition of the elevator was particularly concerning and did not make us feel safe using it, especially with children. Unfortunately, there were simply too many problems during one stay for us to consider this acceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend SeaView Turtles.
