    Very efficient location.

    Well located apartment, and beautiful brand new bathroom. The staff is easy to contact and answers come fast.

    No air conditioning, except one connected to the window - I had to shut it down because it was too noisy.

    If you want value for money in Venice this is your place

    Fun authentic hotel right by the canal. Large room very Italian decor.

    Honestly not much. Maybe the 2 flight of stairs you walked up

    Excellent option to stay close to San Marcos and Rialto

    Excellent location, clean, spacious

    No elevators but that is totally normal in Venice and our host helped with out luggage
