    Minúsculo y tenebroso

    Situado prácticamente en la Plaza de la República, pleno centro de Belgrado. Aunque no hay acceso directo al aeropuerto desde esa plaza, el bus para a una media hora andando.

    Es minúsculo, pensé que para una noche no estaba mal porque por ese precio, pero apenas pude dormir porque los vecinos fueron muy ruidosos. El edificio no genera sentimiento de seguridad, bastante tenebroso. Pensé que sería una estafa porque nadie me mandó instrucciones de acceso, no las recibí hasta que escribí al WhatsApp de la chica que lo gestiona la misma mañana que llegué. Por suerte respondió más o menos rápido.

    Prime location, but unacceptable smoke smell

    1 Excellent city center location, yet quiet at night. Supermarket downstairs 2 Small kitchen with pot, suitable for simple cooking 3 Cozy layout, fast and stable Wifi 4 The cleaness is OK, and there is toilet and kitchen paper.

    1. Heavy smoke smell: Listed as "non-smoking," but smelled heavily of cigarettes. I know it's maybe not the host's fault, but it was totally uncomfortable for me. And it should not be the guest's work to air it out 5+hours. And my belongings still get smelly after sleeping for one night. 2. No info before arrival and no reply via Booking: I messaged via Booking at 10:00 and 15:00 on the arrival day with no reply and had to use WhatsApp. The host is friendly, but Self check-in Instructions were sent bit by bit, and poor signal inside the building made it even worse. It took me at last 30 mins to get in. Please state if you don't use Booking chat and It would be much better if the self check-in instructions could be sent earlier. The above two points are things that are totally unexpected among all the rooms I had on booking. Additionally, although the bathroom is tiny and no towels or body wash (only empty bottles), the matress is hard, this was showed on the description or in other comments, so I was prepared.
