    Great location, dumpy apartment.

    Location is perfect. Decore is quite nice in the bedroom.

    Most things in the apartment are old/broken/low quality. Also the cleaning was bad before, long hairs everywhere. The electric heater is basically sharing the shower with you, not just inconvenient, but extremely dangerous to shower with an appliance.

    Pleasant

    A small house inside a shady courtyard with trees, on the ground floor, so sunlight does not reach there at all, you could try to open the curtains, but then all passers-by will see you. When we moved in, the room was not very clean, not prepared for the arrival of guests, the floor was dirty and the carpet constantly smelled bad
