    Praktisch verblijf in typische Engelse woonwijk

    De positieve betrokkenheid van host Sanya via de app was prettig. De ontvangst met fruit, water en chocolade voelde heel welkom. De woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een gezinsvakantie in Londen. Wij waren met twee volwassenen en drie pubers. Zelfs een tuintje en de auto kun je gratis voor de deur parkeren, als je Sanya vantevoren je kenteken geeft. Er zijn twee badkamers, prettig met zoveel mensen. Op 10 minuten lopen van het huis zijn de metrolijnen Abbey Road (nee, niet de beroemde studio’s) en Westham. Check in met je bankpas en je staat in 25-45 minuten in het hart van Londen. Wij lieten de auto voor de deur staan en reisden in Londen vooral met de metro. De stad in en uitrijden naar dit huis viel ons erg mee.

    Verwacht geen luxe. Je verblijft in een eenvoudige, rustige en multiculturele, Engelse woonwijk, waar de buren niet aan het vakantievieren zijn. Voelt soms ook wat ongemakkelijk. Er is hartje zomer geen airco, meestal niet nodig, maar in deze wat warmere periode was het voor ons wel wat te warm soms in de nachten. Kan per persoon anders worden ervaren.
