Tolerable because we were near the venue
Location was great as our son's wedding was held just down the road at Longfield Hall. It was nice to have an outdoor space with the garden and the beds were comfy. Also as most of the time it was just two of us, the flat felt spacious.
Various things didn't work or were broken so generally the place didn't fit the blurb "recently renovated". E.g. No way of doing any washing up - no plug or washing up bowl (or dishwasher), the lid on the rubbish bin had broken, the front garden was very unkept, I wouldn't touch the downstairs "bedroom" with a bargepole, no rubber slip mat in the bath (so using the shower in that bath made it dangerous) etc. etc.. Overall, while the flat was perfectly clean, it felt rather run down.

L impression d'ensemble du logement La disponibilité et les réponses rapides de la propriétaire. Équipement cuisine ok Bus (P5) accessible rapidement.
On etait neuf mais c est un logement pour 8 maximum mais pour 4 c'est le.bon nombre. La chambre du bas ne doit pas être mise à disposition (pas de fenêtre, pas d 'aération, trop humide) Une seule salle de bain et pas de flexible sur la douche mais une douche fixe pas commode. C est dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu. Mobilier de jardin cassé donc impossible de l'utiliser et parcelle pas entretenue et nettoyé. La fenêtre d'une chambre cassée (armature). Dommage car la maison a un vrai potentiel et devant elle-ci (comme la rue d'ailleurs) cela ne fait pas très propre. Il suffirait que les remarques des locataires soient écoutées et cela vaudrait un 8. Le quartier peut faire peur au début mais on n'a pas eu de soucis. Il est quand même sale dans l'ensemble.
