You get what you pay for.
Location and Terreza was great checking us in.
I'd say the bathroom shower was atrocious. See the photo, and the place overall needs some TLC. The kitchen was good, though.

Highly recommend when staying in Venice.
A wonderful apartment in an excellent location next to Rialto bridge. Easily accessible, clean and comfortable. Staying overnight in a central location really unlocked another experience in Venice after dark. Teresa who managed our check in was very kind and welcoming ensuring we got the most out of our stay in Venice. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Location near the bridge was convenient.
The exact address was hard to find. We arrived after nightfall and once inside the outer gate, we were in a dark courtyard which had motion detectors controlling the lights. The lights only stayed on for about 15 seconds so we were constantly waving our arms to get the light back on. Communications were poor because my phone could not get a signal, so beware. The apt is on the 4th floor with no elevator for which I was ill prepared.

Not that I didn’t like, but there are aspects of an old building.

Świetny pobyt w super lokalizacji. Bardzo polecamy ! Gospodarz była niezwykle pomocna, skontakowała się z nami jeszcze przed przyjazdem i dokładnie wyjaśniła jak dotrzeć do apartamentu. Mogliśmy odebrać klucze 2 godziny wcześniej. Poleciła nam również swietne restuaracje i bary w okoli. Apartament jest duży , bardzo wygodny i świetnie położony. Wszędzie jest blisko, łózka bardzo wygodny , a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok z okna Most Rialtho. Lokalizacja naprawdę rewelacyjna!.
