Accueil et service irréprochables, emplacement idéal face au parc.
Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné. Tout avait été très gentiment préparé pour accueillir notre bébé, avec de délicates attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. Chaque jour, nous avons également eu le plaisir de recevoir une pâtisserie de Cédric Grolet, et même notre bébé a eu droit à la sienne ! Un sens du détail et de l’hospitalité vraiment remarquable, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, dans un style à la fois chaleureux, épuré et contemporain. L’atmosphère est élégante et apaisante. L’emplacement est idéal, à la fois central et dans un calme verdoyant, juste en face de Hyde Park.
Le petit-déjeuner nous a en revanche un peu déçus. Nous l’avons pris dans l’espace pâtisserie de Cédric Grolet, mais le cappuccino était assez quelconque, le croissant un peu sec et servi froid, alors que nous nous attendions à ce qu’il soit servi chaud dans un établissement de ce standing. Le toast à l’avocat manquait également de saveur. Le tout à un prix que nous avons trouvé excessif.
