    Constructive criticism

    The bathroom is dreamy!!!

    The coffee cups/mugs were tea stained and some kitchen items were chipped. The back patio had not been swept for a very long time. The chair cushions were a nuisance as they were too large for the chairs. I feel a small amount of salt and pepper should always be supplied. Also could not find a broom to sweep floor when leaves were dragged in from messy back patio. An extra dishwashing chux cloth would have been great.

    We liked the location walking distance to museums, shops, restaurants. Just enough for a 4 night stay.

    The property is looking tired and well used but could benefit from a GOOD DEEP CLEAN there were stains on the carpets, shower head needs a good clean, tiles showing marks of mould, skirting boards dirty, marks on cushions.

    Good location

    The location is good for the city once you know the shortcut over the bridge over the railway lines. Parking is easy despite being on the street. Rooms are spacious. The oven is great as is the big bath.

    The kitchen needs more equipment eg spatula, wooden spoon and enough plates for 4 people. There was dirt between the cushions on the sofa. There are marks on the carpets and on the walls. The cot is a travel cot snd a small one. It also needs a mattress (if I’d have known I would have brought my own).
