    What an interesting place to stay

    We loved seeing the cat, who came to greet us, we named him Mr Tuna because we gave him all our tuna cans! The place has magnificent views, was spacious with this gorgeously huge table. The place was lovely and cooking there was easy, the kitchen was equipped quite well. The owner was a helpful guy. Parking wasn’t an issue. Some people mentioned that but we found it okay. The garden is unusual, on the hill. Beware of Mr Tuna, always hungry! Bring some cans for him…we love cats…

    The kitchen needs new pots and pans and more curtains, we felt like being in a fish bowl, having said that it was fine to stay there, it is my personal preference but apart from that it was good to stay there.

    Amazing views over Cardiff. We stayed here at the last minute after our organised flat became unavailable. We fell on our feet as The Foretop was perfect. We parked near the local train station and took the train to Cardiff. I recommend this place. Comfy beds and a peaceful location. We woke up to a view of sheep and the city. There are quite a few steps up from the driveway.
