    A peaceful haven to stay while visiting York.

    Roomy and very comfortable. After staying in some very tiny places on our trip it was a relief to spread out and relax. Loved the couch, the surrounding greenery, a quick Pay and Ride into town and the piglet salt and pepper shakers!

    The bath is quite high from the floor so a grab rail would be good.

    Close to York, shopping and easy access to Yorkshire countryside. Piglets was well equipped and clean. A car parking space was in front of Piglets and the long driveway was electronically gated and secure.

    We left feedback with the owners about the bedroom curtains not blocking the light at sunrise, causing us to wake at 5am. They responded positively and are in the process of rectifying the problem.

    Fantastic location, lovely hosts, great cottage

    It was a beautiful cottage in a great location. So convenient for York but right in the countryside.
