Just great !
Wonderful old pub/hotel. Central to everything. Beautiful room, great breakfast choices and very friendly, helpful staff.

Three night stay at the Royal Oak, Ripon.
The staff at this hotel are first class and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms and outside areas need repair and updating but this did not detract from a very pleasant stay.

Weekend break
Pleasant enough, pub itself is lovely but rooms could do with a refurb.

Very surprised at the size of the property. Loved the "olde worlde" atmosphere with the modern amenities. Food and service in the restaurant superb. Room "olde worlde" and romantic, loved it. Staff welcoming, made us feel very comfortable. Will stay and/ or eat there again.
