    The Savoy lived up to all expectations, creating a very special memory for my wife's birthday.

    The service was absolutely first class, right from the doorman to the receptionists, to the restaurant waiters. They were all exceptional. Our lunch in the Savoy Grill was excellent. Perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.

    Our room was slightly on the small side. But it was perfectly equipped.

    restaurant staff was extremely thoughtful and polite they were very apologetic when we left but for the cost of the room

    location and design

    the fact that two different staff members entered our room, once while we were sleeping at night even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door. never had this ever happen. view from room was horrible nothing like I expected, looked into a shaft of the hotel.
