    Светлая квартира в центре, но есть недостатки

    Хорошее расположение. Тихий двор. Центр города. Соседей не слышно. Солнечная и светлая квартира.

    К сожалению, проживание оставило негативное впечатление. Квартира была недостаточно убрана перед заселением: в комнате лежали грязные салфетки, а в мусорном ведре оставались окурки и остатки еды с неприятным запахом. Мусор пришлось выбрасывать самостоятельно. В душевой на стенах заметны налёт и разводы. На кухне жирные пятна на мебели и технике, грязные микроволновка, холодильник и шкафы. Пол на кухне липкий, создаётся впечатление, что полы не моют. Некоторые дверцы кухонных шкафов отваливаются. В квартире ощущается стойкий запах сигарет, в том числе от постельного белья. Само бельё в катышках, спать на нём некомфортно. Холодильник сильно шумит, особенно ночью, что мешает спать. Слив унитаза работает неудобно — для смыва приходится сильно дёргать за верёвку.

    Location - it is in the city center.

    The appartment urgently needs refurbishment, especially kitchen and bathroom. There is a problem with flush tank. The garbage bin in the kitchen was not emptied and cleaned after the previous guests left, so we ended up with cigarette butts in the bin (and their smell). Bed linnen was pretty worn out, but clean.
