Too reliant on technology with no personal touch, I would not stay here again

Room was spacious with a nice size bathroom.

Really difficult to gain access using the key pad, we had to be let in to the property as we could not gain access, zero staff to help with anything. The rooms were spacious but needs a lot of work, with paint peeling off door frames and walls, the bathroom had black mould around the window. The bed was large but really uncomfortable as the mattress was so hard, had a terrible night sleep.

Excellent - very comfy, clean and well presented.

The entire property is extremely clean and really well presented. The room was brilliant - really comfy and no issues with the stay on the whole. Parking and location is great for city break.

    Nothing.

    Outstanding

Exceptional in every imaginable way. Tony and Diana were both friendly and extremely accommodating. Room was comfortably opulent, the best stay I’ve had.
