    Brilliant place to stay good value for money

    The location was brilliant so close to the town and restuarants and the river ouse and to the museums I had booked with the york pass ,the overall decor was amazing the history in the cottage was a delight

    Lovely apartment, great for the dog having its own courtyard and a really good location

    Loved the decoration, bed was very comfortable and I love the bath

    The only thing I could fault is that it was a bit dusty in places e.g. corners of the room, on the artificial flowers etc.

    I was here for the marathon so it was a functional stay, not pleasure!

    Brilliant location to station and York centre. Really appealing entrance kitchen and bathroom. Loved the history and photos on the wall re past of the property. Good welcome letter and instructions easy to follow and worked well both getting in and what to do with say heating and leaving.

    Street noise is off-puttingly high. Woken on Friday and Saturday nights by boisterous folk. So close to bedroom wall/window. Bad smell in the property on arrival. TV was not tuned to UK channels and I could not get BBC despite re tuning all. Towel rail in bathroom does not get hot. For such a lovely kitchen area the oven was poor. Can you add a radio in kitchen area? Big clock did not work. No recycling bin outside, I carefully separated all but on leaving could not find anywhere to put what was recyclable.
