    A truly enjoyable stay. Great location

    Room was lovely - clean, cosy and welcoming. Staff were polite and eager to help. Swimming pool was lovely as were the grounds

    Really disappointing. Someone needs to reinvigorate the hotel with a more customer oriented culture.

    They say pet friendly but because of our dog we were stuck in the conservatory with a meagre breakfast offering and poor service. My parents had limited hot water in their room and the door lock wouldn’t work. Generally I found the staff pretty unfriendly with a couple of exceptions. The gardens were tatty.
