Fantastic location brilliant for large groups.

Beautiful house, quiet residential area. Easy to navigate streets to get into the city centre. Lovely place to stay with large families groups visiting York.

We had a lovely stay at woodvale, nice quiet location and well furnished. Would stay again and recommend to friends and

Lots of space and very comfortable, the outdoor space was also nice during the hot weather.

A few minor things such as nonslip bath matt, a grab handle for the bath/shower and cooling Fans for the bedrooms during periods of hot weather would be helpful.

Solid location in a quiet area with all the amenities you'd expect.

It felt quiet and safe. Although the location we a little out of the centre, it was still manageable on foot.

I felt checking out at 10am on the Sunday was a bit early.
